Rules and Regulations of using the RBL server.
- When using the rbl.polspam.pl (and) domain or any of it's modules/sections/lists, every MTA Administrator does it at their own
risk. Every administrator is responsible for their usage of the services offered by rbl.polspam.pl.
- This RBL server can be used free of charge by any person or company under the condition that explicit information of it's
use is put in the place of usage. The information should be clear and include a link leading back to the Polspam website.
Failure to comply with this step might result in legal action, as using an RBL server without providing a proper link/credit
is illegal.
- The owner of the polspam.pl domain reserves the right to manage any and all entries going into rbl.polspam.pl.
All users of rbl.polspam.pl agree with this term and will not attempt to file any complaints regarding this rule.
- We do not and will not respond to any requests/expectations submitted by users who are not MTA administrators.
- We do not and will not respond to questions regarding the circumstances and/or reasons for the existence (or non-existence) of an
entry on our lists.
- We are in no way responsible for the existence or non-existence of an entry on our lists. (refer to point 1 of the regulations).
- We are in no way responsible for the effects and/or aftermath of being listed/not listed on one of our lists.
(refer to point 1 of the regulations).
- Possible removal requests that meet any of the following requirements:
- not coming from a postmaster@ address,
- not containing detailed information regarding the reason for
rejection(?),
- not containing the name of the RBL list,
- not containing a statement identifying the sender as an MTA administrator of the domain in question,
Will not be taken into account whatsoever.
- The fastest and most effective way to end listing is to:
- stop sending SPAM messages,
- change your IP address,
- resign from using the domain name utilized for sending SPAM.
- Another really easy, effective, and definitely recommended method
is to contact all individual MTA administrators using this RBL server
and convince them that you are surely not sending SPAM, and then further
requesting of them to add your data to their own whitelists.
- The decision to remove/not remove an entry is subject to the sole and subjective assessment of polspam.pl administrators.
